What each licence authorises
Each authorisation covers a distinct layer of the infrastructure chain, from network backbone to end-user service.
Licence 01
IP-1 licence
Authorises the establishment and operation of infrastructure that carries network capacity across a facility or site, forming the foundation of passive delivery.
Licence 02
VNO licence
Enables FICPL to offer virtual network services over infrastructure, bringing telecom service delivery to occupants of malls, hospitals and enterprises.
Licence 03
ISP licence
Authorises internet service provision, supporting broadband, FTTH and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity for facility operators and their tenants.
Integrated licensing
AS Category B completes the portfolio
A rare combination of integrated telecommunications licences, not commonly available with a single provider.
